Co-arbitrator appointment under ICDR Rules
I have served since January 2016 as a party-appointed co-arbitrator under the AAA International Arbitration Rules (ICDR) in a dispute in the aviation section. Merits hearings were held in New York in December 2016 and the final award was issued in March 2017.
